Qualified Person Renewal 2025

To maintain Qualified Person (QP) status this is a required annual registration from 1 January to 31 December.
It is a requirement of the Qualified Person to annually update their registration.

Registration fees for 2025 are £150.00, which is reduced to £105 for public sector employees.
Full payment is required within 28 days of submission of this renewal form.

QPs should allow up to two working days for their QP status to become active both on the QP Register and the Declarations Portal.

Please note:

QPs whose subscriptions ARE NOT renewed by 31 January will be automatically removed from the QP Register until their subscription is renewed.
Incomplete renewals will not be processed and QPs run the risk of automatically being removed from the QP Register.

I satisfy the DoW CoP QP annual CPD requirements of 30 hours and I have uploaded my CPD information via the CL:AIRE CPD Log on my Dashboard.

Please bear in mind that if you renew early, your CPD still needs to meet the requirement of a minimum of 30 hours.*

I have completed the DoW CoP 2024 QP Assessment and submitted a QP Professional Report / I became a QP in 2023 and am exempt from these requirements.*

I acknowledge that incomplete renewals will not be processed, and QPs failing to provide all required information risk removal from the QP Register.*
