To maintain Qualified Person (QP) status this is a required annual registration from 1 January to 31 December. It is a requirement of the Qualified Person to annually update their registration.
Registration fees for 2025 are £150.00, which is reduced to £105 for public sector employees. Full payment is required within 28 days of submission of this renewal form.
QPs should allow up to two working days for their QP status to become active both on the QP Register and the Declarations Portal.
Please note:
QPs whose subscriptions ARE NOT renewed by 31 January will be automatically removed from the QP Register until their subscription is renewed.
Incomplete renewals will not be processed and QPs run the risk of automatically being removed from the QP Register.

DoW CoP Professional Report
If you did not renew your QP status in 2024, you are required to submit your professional report. For more information about this requirement, please refer to the DoW CoP Professional Report .
