The auditing process and procedures are detailed within the Overview of NQMS Scheme Appendix 3 . How the auditing will be carried out and recorded are detailed in the NQMS Scheme Audit Plan and Template.
In addition, random administrative audits will be performed by CL:AIRE reporting on the level of information being uploaded on the declaration forms. The technical audits will be performed by SiLC to review the role of the SQP and the information that they are reviewing and providing on the declaration forms. The outcomes of the technical audits will be recorded on the audit template and the results fed back to the NQMS Steering Group.
