Qualified Person Renewal 2024

This is an annual regularised subscription from 1st January to 31st December.
It is a requirement of the Qualified Person to annually update their registration.

Registration fees for 2024 are £150.00, which is reduced to £105 for public sector employees.
Full payment is required within 28 days of submission of this renewal form.

QPs should allow up to two working days for their QP status to become active both on the QP Register and the Declarations Portal.

Please note:

  • QPs whose subscriptions ARE NOT renewed by 31 January will be automatically removed from the QP Register until their subscription is renewed.
  • Incomplete renewals will not be processed and QPs run the risk of automatically being removed from the QP Register.

Chartership

Please upload documentary evidence demonstrating that you are a current Chartered member of the Professional Institution indicated on your profile. e.g. a copy of your subscription receipt.

DoW CoP Professional Report

Please upload a DoW CoP Professional Report which demonstrates your competencies as a QP. Refer to the guidance note for the DoW CoP Professional Report.
