The Office for Environmental Protection (OEP) published a policy paper called Progress in improving the natural environment in England 2022 to 2023 in January 2024. The document provides an assessment of government’s progress towards legally-binding environmental targets and the goals of its Environmental Improvement Plan (EIP). It covers the period 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023. It also includes content on selected cross-cutting themes, such as nature-friendly farming, and a more in-depth assessment focused on government’s apex goal of achieving ‘thriving plants and wildlife’.

RemTech Europe, International Conference and Exhibition on land and water remediation markets and technologies is scheduled for 16-20 September 2024, this is a change of date from 23-27 September 2024. The first two days of the conference 16-17 September will be fully digital, and streamed. The following three days 18-20 September will be hybrid with in-person platform presentations and broadcast online.
The conference is fully in English and participation for all attendees is free of charge.
